Each Grist Realty associate has their own real estate back story. Hugh grew up moving from fixer-upper to fixer-upper and swore as a young person that he'd never do that kind of work. That changed in his college years when the opportunity presented itself to purchase the town house he was renting from his landlord. That first purchase eventually became a renovation, which led to the next, then the next, until finally the interest became a profession.
