  • In 2017 Grist Realty helped create 10 Arros, a 10-unit modernist townhouse-style condominium community in downtown Raleigh that helped re-establish the long-vacant New Bern Edenton Corridor. We assembled the lots, helped design the site and floor plans, managed pre-sale buyers during the construction process, sold the remaining completed units quickly, and were awarded the 2019 Sir Walter Raleigh Award for Community Appearance.

  • Since 2014, Grist Realty has partnered with local contractors to identify, acquire, renovate, and resell distressed properties throughout Raleigh and the surrounding areas. Together, we’ve completed over $20 million in final sales across a wide range of styles and price points, with a long-term goal of expanding into multi-unit new construction.
