In 2017 Grist Realty helped create 10 Arros, a 10-unit modernist townhouse-style condominium community in downtown Raleigh that helped re-establish the long-vacant New Bern Edenton Corridor. We assembled the lots, helped design the site and floor plans, managed pre-sale buyers during the construction process, sold the remaining completed units quickly, and were awarded the 2019 Sir Walter Raleigh Award for Community Appearance.

Since 2014, Grist Realty has partnered with local contractors to identify, acquire, renovate, and resell distressed properties throughout Raleigh and the surrounding areas. Together, we’ve completed over $20 million in final sales across a wide range of styles and price points, with a long-term goal of expanding into multi-unit new construction.
