I’ve audited the NC General Contractor’s pre-licensing course and managed nine home renovations, one of which was awarded a certificate of appreciation from a historic commission, and another that required a 16-mile over-road relocation! I was also the director of marketing for Moss Landing, a 50-home luxury waterfront community.
